1. Lost Canyon, the parcel of land behind the Shamrock station at the foot of Kinney Avenue, has been on the ZNA agenda in the past. Developers in the 80's wanted to build condos and later an office building at this site, but ran into trouble with the neighborhood and the city council The property has changed bands again and the new owners, Steven Portnoy and Gordon Baumfalk, will present theif plans for developing the site,
