I just decided to put together this running thing on a development maps: first one is from yahoo at different levels and one is from Travis County Appraisal district plats 6.12.03 Team- I rec'vd. a copy of the proposed lofts on Kinney Ave. (1205 & 1207) This is the huge empty lot next to the white house with pool. 5- 45' x 65' boxes, 35' high (flat roofs) large (25') driveway down the entire side with detention pond in back. Thats 6-2 bedrm. condo's per bldg.(30 condos total). Looks like all but 1 tree are gone except for the very back.
